Assloads Of Tour Updates & New Show Info For YOU!

In addition to posting some updated information on all of our previously announced shows (including opening acts/support), many new shows have been added to the MSI tour calendar...checkit.

To name a few: Saturday April 19th, MSI will be at The Polsslag Festival with a whole slew of other bands you might enjoy...including The Breeders! Sunday May 18th, MSI will be hitting Mexico City (their first time in Mexico, ever), and then on Friday June 6th, they’ll be at The Avalon Theater in Salt Lake City...

In addition, we’ve confirmed that The Birthday Massacre will be joined by London After Midnight on the U.S. shows between May 21st and May 25th.

Also, our good friends Hollowboy will be opening up all of the shows between April 29th and May 4th. Check ’em out here...



You may be familiar from the great remix of "What Do They Know?" that they did under their former name, The Perfects.

All in all, things are shaping up to be pretty awesome for all of these shows, and tickets are going quick for those which haven’t sold out...

"Mastermind" Digital-Only Single Coming 2/12! ARTWORK BY JHONEN VASQUEZ UP NOW!

After a days worth of patience and puzzle-solving from all of you, it is time to confirm to you all...

February 12th, 2008 a digital-only single of the fan favorite "Mastermind" will be available (hopefully) worldwide. The single will be your first peek into completed studio material from the new record "If" (due worldwide late April) and contains artwork by Jhonen Vasquez. See for yourself...


On Monday the 28th, we will give you a little bit more information on this special digital-single, as well as the next physical release (for another song, not "Mastermind" or "Due"), and some new tour dates (including a country MSI has NEVER BEEN TO BEFORE).

We're currently working on a special preview clip of "Mastermind" (so you can get an idea of what it is you're gonna be buying come 2/12) so stay tuned here for more info on that and much, much more in the coming week.

MSI Full Length Record In 2008...Name & Release Info HERE!

In late-April 2008, Mindless Self Indulgence will release their new full length studio recording, "IF". Stay tuned to all of the official sites in the coming months for exclusive sneak peaks at music, artwork, photos, contests, videos, and much more. Be sure to SUBSCRIBEto the MySpace blog to get e-mail notifications when we update.

Also, the "Straight To Video: The Remixes" and "Shut Me Up" singles will be out in UK/Europe in January. The track lists and artwork for them will be the same as the North American versions, but you won't have to pay to import/ship them overseas. : ) We will let you know as further information develops. "You'll Rebel To Anything" North American Pre-Order (With a Shirt)

As we reported last week, Metropolis Records is set to release the Expanded & Remastered version of "You'll Rebel To Anything" in North America on January 22nd, 2008.
Metropolis has added the album to their site HERE so that you can order the CD now (as a holiday gift, perhaps), and it will ship to you as soon as it becomes available (which to be exact, is the end of January 2008). As an added bonus, they are offering the album plus a shirt for just $16.98 (click the image below to purchase in your size)!


PLEASE NOTE: Metropolis will sell off all remaining copies of the original explicit "game cross" edition (as seen HERE), and will be replacing them with this new Remastered & Expanded version. For those of you in North America that have ordered from overseas prior to 5:00 AM EST Friday November 9th, please e-mail your receipt to sean@bratmarketing.com with the subject "MSI Remaster T-Shirt Offer" between now and 12 midnight (EST) Friday November 30th to receive the shirt being offered to everyone else through this special Metropolis Records pre-order.

We have just received word that Metropolis Records plans on releasing the Expanded & Remastered version of "You'll Rebel To Anything" on January 22nd, 2008. This announcement will not officially be made until Friday, but we wanted to give everyone the heads up and tell you if you've intended to purchase the CD online - unless for some reason you cannot wait until January. For those of you who want to place a pre-order (as a holiday gift for example), you can do so HERE. Metropolis will sell off all remaining copies of the original explicit "game cross" edition (as seen HERE). For those of you who in North America that have ordered from overseas prior to 7:00 EST Wednesday November 7th, please hang onto your receipts. We are still trying to figure out logistics of all of this, but will let you know in the future what we have worked out for folks in your situation (i.e. spending more to get the release from overseas prior to this announcement).
